Onyo's flagship product was an app that allowed users to order and pay for food in advance, helping them skip queues. The initial strategy focused on launching in a large mall in Rio de Janeiro, a popular lunch spot for professionals on their breakβ€”an ideal setting where time-pressed customers would value avoiding long lines.
