Zettle Terminal
My role: Design manager, managing 6 designers. Terminal was one of the 3 teams I was managing within Hardware.
Year: 2021
We had to launch an “all in one” device aiming to help sellers become truly mobile.
My team was incredibly senior, had a lot of experience developing new hardware, were fully up to speed with setting and compiling results from a pilot and I contributed with helping them organise their backlog and timelines, building up their confidence to share the project’s findings across the company and making sure we had good support for hardware accessibility.

Results
🏆 We managed to build a fully accessible Terminal (both for seller and buyer) - one of the first in the market
🏆 Launched in November 2021
🏆 Hired a senior full time designer
🏆 Today about 10% of Zettle’s volume is processed via Terminal
