My name is Renata Westenberger, I’m an experienced Brazilian-Italian design leader based in Stockholm.

I currently work with design and strategy at the agency Above, where I joined in early 2025. I have previously worked at Zettle - PayPal, where I stayed for 7 years building great products as well as innovative and resilient teams.

I have 15 years of design experience, 11 of which are more specifically in UX & product design. I’ve worked at a range of companies from design agencies to a bank, from start-ups to a global tech giant.
